Hello and welcome to Year 4. This is an important stage where children continue to build their confidence, knowledge and skills within Lower Key Stage 2. In Year 4, pupils are offered a wide range of learning opportunities, both independently and in small groups, helping them to develop collaboration and resilience.

As the year progresses, children begin to express themselves in greater depth through their writing and become increasingly fluent in key subjects such as Maths and Reading. Achievement and progress are celebrated throughout the year, supporting pupils to grow into confident, enthusiastic learners as they prepare for the transition into Upper Key Stage 2.
